🧑‍🏫 Tutor Verification, Replacement & Demo Policy

• All home tutors are assigned only after thorough document verification and a detailed review of feedback from previous guardians.

• As a policy, free demo classes are not offered with verified tutors.

• However, if you’re not satisfied after the first class, you may request a replacement tutor.

• It is not advisable to change your tutor without careful consideration.

• The 50% tuition fee paid by the guardian for the first month is considered the service charge for Scientia Tutorials.

• This service charge is non-refundable under any circumstances.

⏱ Class Duration & Tutor Allotment Time

• Each home tuition class typically lasts between 75 to 90 minutes.

• Tutors are usually assigned within 3 to 7 days after payment confirmation.

💳 Tuition Fees Payment Procedure

📅 For the First Month:

• Pay 50% of the first month’s tuition fee in advance to Scientia Tutorials.

• Pay the remaining 50% to the tutor after the completion of the first month.

📅 From the Second Month Onwards:

• Pay the full month’s tuition fee directly to the tutor.

• Payment can be made either online or in cash.

• No advance payment is required to the tutor for subsequent months.
