Tutor Allotment Procedure

| 1 | At the time of submitting the form, the guardian is required to pay a non-refundable tutor allotment fee of ₹500 for the allocation of one tutor. |
| 2 | After submitting the form, please be patient while we carefully select the most suitable tutor based on your requirements. |
| 3 | We usually require 3–7 days to allot a home tutor. |
| 4 | Tutor details will be shared with you as soon as the allotment process is completed. |
| 5 | After the first class, parents must provide feedback about the tutor to Scientia Tutorials. |
| 6 | If the first class is not satisfactory, you may request Scientia Tutorials to arrange another home tutor. |
| 7 | If the guardian is not satisfied with the second tutor, Scientia Tutorials will not be liable to provide a third tutor. |

Tuition Fees Payment Procedure
