Tutor Allotment Procedure
Follow these steps to request a suitable private home tutor through Scientia Tutorials.
Non-refundable fee for the allocation of one tutor.
Submit the Form and Pay the Fee
At the time of submitting the form, the guardian must pay a non-refundable tutor allotment fee of ₹500 for the allocation of one tutor.
Wait for Tutor Selection
After submitting the form, please allow us time to carefully identify the most suitable tutor based on your requirements.
Allow 3–7 Days for Allotment
We usually require 3–7 days to allot a home tutor. The selection process considers your academic requirements and location.
Receive Tutor Details
Once the allotment process is completed, the tutor's details will be shared with you.
Provide Feedback After the First Class
After the first class, parents must provide feedback about the tutor to Scientia Tutorials.
Request Another Tutor if Necessary
If the first class is not satisfactory, you may contact Scientia Tutorials to request the arrangement of another home tutor.
Second Tutor and Further Allotment
If the guardian is not satisfied with the second tutor, Scientia Tutorials will not be liable to provide a third tutor.

Pay Tuition Fees Directly to Your Tutor
Tuition fees should be paid only after the scheduled classes for the applicable period have been completed.
Payment Method
Guardians are requested to pay the tuition fees directly to the tutor.
Payment Timing
Make payment only after completion of the scheduled classes in a month.
Number of Classes
Fees should be paid after completion of 8, 12, or 16 classes conducted during the month, as applicable to the tuition schedule.
Attendance Record
The total number of completed classes will be verified through the attendance sheet maintained by the tutor.
