Pay Annually Renewable Registration fee of ₹ 500: To maintain a smooth and organized process for home tuition allotments, priority is given to home tutors who have already paid the Annually Renewable Registration fee of ₹ 500 (Google Pay or PhonePe at 9864920707) (Effective from January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025.) *In case Scientia Tutorials is unable to provide a student to a particular tutor, the Annually Renewable Tutor Registration fee of ₹ 500 will be refundable in January, 2026.*
Tuition Fees Payment Procedure
- After 1st Month: Pay 50% of the first month’s tuition fees to Scientia Tutorials and the remaining 50% directly to the Home Tutor.
- From the 2nd month onward, pay the full tuition fee directly to the tutor at the end of each month. Parents are not required to pay advance tuition fees to tutors.
- From the second month onward, the home tutor must pay a 20% service charge of the tuition fees to Scientia Tutorials each month, for as long as the tuition continues.
